I, the purchaser, hereby understand the following is an agreement by which my purchase of E-Mail Product, herein referred to as E-01, shall be established as the purchase of an Intellectual Property.  E-01 is a copyright material published and distributed by Earnest Stone Publications.  All rights are reserved.  E-01 may not be reproduced in any form (meaning in its entirety or any part thereof) without permission established in writing from the publisher.  I, the purchaser, hereby agree not to distribute product E-01 in any form: digital, electronic or printed form (also, meaning in its entirety or any part thereof) without permission established in writing from the publisher.  Earnest Stone Publications; P.O. I, the purchaser, also agree to the following terms of purchase: It shall be understood E-01 is an Intellectual Property, which upon delivery cannot be guaranteed as fully returnable.  Therefore, it is agreed, it shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to permanently delete product E-01 from any and all forms of storage used by the purchaser; be it, digital, electronic or printed form (meaning in its entirety or any part thereof) should the purchaser apply for a refund.
