Within these borders of thought, women have asked me one question more than any other over the past couple of years: Why are men so insensitive? This is a valid question which should be of great importance and concern to men and women alike. First we must understand that sensitivity has no gender. There are men who express sensitivity very well. They are able to express sensitivity when it is needed and more importantly when it is not because they choose to make it an important part of their character. Later I will go into how beautiful sensitivity can be in a loving relationship.
To explore why the majority of men are placed in the category of being so insensitive, remember the example of the little boy whose father caught him playing with a doll? Well, it may not be a doll which brings on such an incident; it may well be something else. At some point in time and through some means male babies begin to learn about the male image as portrayed by adults who have influence upon their life.
